Cancellation Policy

Stuff comes up. We understand!

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Notice of cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. If a cancellation is not made prior to 24 hours of your appointment time, a $45 fee will apply.

For a no call, no-show, we will charge the full price of the scheduled service/s. There are no refunds for cancellation fees, all sales and services are final.

Acknowledgement and acceptance of this fee and the retention of your credit card on file, are included in the clients signed waiver.

Voicemail and text messages to (605) 595-5191 are acceptable.
